This company is VERY difficult to call when trying to cancel a reservation. I did not know I was going through them when I was calling La Quinta Inn . I thought I was calling La Quinta directly. I will rate them below one. Reservationsdesk.com is a SCAM, and should be deleted from doing business!!!!

Website dressed up as a legit Holiday Inn website. Very large deceptive fees that were not transparent. Nor was the cancellation fee.

I went to the Reservation desk and booked a hotel for Las Vegas through them. They took $270 out of my account. When I canceled in May, I was told I would get my full refund back, so I waited 7 to 10 business days. I have nothing deposited back into my account yet. I spoke to one of their associates. He told me they were just processing my refund and I needed to wait another 7 to 10 business days. I had to call them back because the only thing deposited into my account was $17.99, the fee that they charge you for booking through them. I talked to another associate for the third time, and she told me to give it until the 16th of this month. I called back yesterday, and they told me that they never took money out of my account. I'm looking at the transaction from them on my account with my bank. When I tried to talk to them to inform them that they did take that money out of my account, they hung up in my face and said they don't owe me anything. I'm just warning people not to book through them. There are some thieves. I talked to a supervisor, and of course, he was no help. He said they said they never took anything out of your account, and he knows that's a lie. I want my money back, and whatever I have to do, whoever I need to talk to, they need to go out of business.

Scam. They take money and you don’t get a reservation. They are sneaky and tell you they are with the hotel. Somehow they have people are hotels getting kickback and sending them people to make reset through them. Sneaky practice - den of thieves. Watch out.

booked weeks in advance when I got to the hotel there was no such reservation, called the hotel talked to the agent they gave another reservation number it still did not work . I was taken for 224.00 stuck at the hotel the night before our flight. I talked to the manager they said we will contact you thru email Monday with a refund. the manager at the hotel said there is no such name or booking. nothing! now they said I will not get a refund I cancelled , NOO there was no reservation nothing they took my money. I emailed for them to contact me no attempt to call.

I made a reservation for a Ramada back in January 2026 for June. Reservationsdesk never sent me a confirmation. I called the hotel and they said that they see that the room has been reserved by a 3rd party and that it is the 3rd party I need to deal with. Reservationsdesk has not returned my attempts to contact. SCAMMERS!

If Zero stars was a choice I would have used that. Customer service is nonexistant and is in Africa. Hotel was misrepresented by RD. Call the hotel directly and make sure you are not talking to a booking agent like RB. They have been sued in the past for mis-representation. It's most likely too late to not use them if you are reading this, same as myself

These people are liars - white collar criminals- they will tell you anything you want to hear to rent you a room and then keep your money. Rented me a jacuzzi room by the beach- I asked the man 3 times to confirm what he was renting me and all 3 times he lied - this hotel had zero jacuzzi rooms and is not by the beach- I curse this lying business in the Name of Jesus Christ.
