Republic Services is the worst company I have ever dealt with. In my experience, their billing practices have been dishonest and misleading. They repeatedly increased my charges without giving me proper notice or a clear explanation. When I contacted them, I received conflicting information and promises that were not honored. Customers should not have to constantly inspect every bill to find unexpected increases or fight to receive honest answers. Their lack of transparency and accountability is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding Republic Services and choosing a company that clearly discloses its pricing and treats its customers fairly.

This place sucks but is the only option for trash in my area. They do what they want because they hold all the cards. Foreign people you cant understand say one thing and other people another. They hit my truck last year and told me to prove it so the cost came out of my pocket. Its a crooked, mafia run business that gets away with whatever they want.

I find them unethical and incompetent. They delivered an empty dumpster for my construction demo, and then just a few days over a weekend came and took away the empty dumpster before I could use it. They sent a bill for an additional $447 for the hauling away of an empty dumpster. Spending hours in emails and phone calls left me no where. They claimed the city the house was in had a garbage collection service contract with them that dictated the terms for my personal contract for a home renovation dumpster. Instead of following the same procedures I have always done with Republic Service, they expected me to magically know this location was different do to municipal garbage contract. I argued the city contract for curbside garbage and recycling had nothing to do with me as a contractor ordering a dumpster for construction materials. They told me that the city garbage service does impact my contract and I owe the funds. The fine print in the contract says I can't sue to fight the charges. In my opinion this company acts criminally and should be shut down.

There are some good hard workers at Republic services and then there are some that just do the bare minimum to get their paycheck I hope we have a better trash service in the future so we don't have to deal with this company anymore sometimes they really let us down 😵‍💫 they also have a door service that's supposedly helps seniors and disabled people but that has been a real frustrating disappointing service I just had surgery and I'm disabled and I needed extra help and that was a FLOP a huge hollow promise I don't even know why they offer the door service if the workers aren't going to do the work to help with the trash cans then one of the managers of the St Louis South County area literally was telling me what I wanted to hear but not delivering the service 😵‍💫 I called so much the last time I called she didn't answer and I called from a different number and she answered right away I really wish I had a number to go over her head but I almost think there's very few people that care at this company 😵‍💫

Darin out of Stayton Oregon was wildly helpful. We just moved here and customer support noted it would be sometime today where we would receive our bins. Still waiting on the bins but Darin was awesome enough to say good morning, shake my hand, and take the bags of trash we had set out. Great experience. Hopefully, this review finds its way back to the company.

Republic Services and trash pickup is the most horrible service ever they constantly miss my recyclables and garbage cans I got to keep calling to get it picked up again and again as a citizen that pays taxes I no longer want this service from these people I hope the city of Toledo find someone else cheap service does not mean good service at this point let our city workers go back to collecting the garbage

Copy pasted this from another reviewer because we have the same experience, up until now. Missed scheduled pick-ups, call given a new pick-up day and now one shows, call again with a new date and no one shows up. Experienced this both on regular schedule pick-up recently and scheduled pick-ups. I don't believe a work they say and it doesn't matter how well training the people are on the phone to defuse frustration, just do what to commit to doing and you won't need so may customer service people.

Very bad service and very rude manager Colleen. Driver ignored main garbage bin but picked up 2 small trash bags ! Called. Makeup pickup next day. Next day nothing. Called again. Same thing. Again nothing the following day. Called again and got manager Colleen. Very rude and nasty ! Just told us blunt. No pickup of missed garbage until next regular pickup ! What a 'trash' service ! And what a horrible, rude and nasty manager Colleen !!!!! Republic Services needs to be replaced or go bankrupt !
