I was disappointed in the quality of one of the skirt steaks in this order and last month the pork chops had more fat than meat. The chicken is consistently good.

Hi Jeanne, thank you so much for taking the time out to share your review. I’m happy you were pleased with the chicken and very sorry you weren’t happy with the skirt and pork chop. We always encourage our customers to reach out to us when there is an issue so that we can try our best to help make it right. We understand grass fed/grass finished steaks do have their own challenges when trying to cook the perfect steak since they are very different from grass fed/grain finished. We do have special prep and cooking tips we like to share with our customers when they reach out. Thank you again Jeanne! We truly do appreciate you and your support. 🙏🏻🥰

Kimberly
Made tenderloins and country ribs with lobster tails on grill. The meat is always tender and juicy with great flavor without adding seasonings. Another important aspect is packaging. I'm always watchful of how well the vacuum sealing is and with REP, it's always sealed perfectly even after months in freezer, never freezer burn.
