I had a couple questions prior to and after placing my order that were promptly and courteously replied to. Our cutting board and the meat we ordered were both packaged perfectly to ensure safe delivery. I live in AZ and the meat was frozen solid. I haven’t tried the beef or chicken yet but the beef stickers were amazing. Highly recommend this company.

I like the meat The packaging is what I don’t like Every package I received had some areas of freezer burn 😖
Response from repprovisions.comSep 5, 2025
Hi Cynthia, Thank you so much for providing your feedback! We are so happy you are enjoying the meat. I’m really sorry you have experienced some problems with the packaging. We always suggest reaching out to us anytime there is an issue. Located on the paper that we placed inside your box is some important information about your order when it arrives. As stated on that paper, sometimes during the shipping process the packages can rub against each other and can cause micro holes in the packaging. When this occurs and if air reaches the meat, ice crystals can form on the meat. I can assure you it is not freezer burn as freezer burn takes many months to occur. The ice crystals will in no way degrade the taste or the quality of the meat. I’m very sorry that you have experienced this. It should not be happening every time so please email us and let us know which packages of meat you have experienced this with each time. Thank you Cynthia! We truly do appreciate you and your support. It means the world to us!🙏🏻🥰

We’re local so we are able to pickup same day. They are always very friendly and flexible if needed. The meat is top notch and you definitely get what you pay for-healthy foods. If you decide to order from them I recommend also throwing in their beef sticks.
