Wilhsia, you reached out to us about a campaign email we sent out that was letting all of our customers know our Halloween sale was almost over. In this email it states, “(Customer Name), missing this Halloween treat might haunt you for weeks! You stated in your email you were upset because we used the words “haunt you”. This was an email that was sent out to all of our customers that are signed up to receive our campaign emails. It was in no way directly related to you literally meaning we wanted you to be haunted. You never spoke to anyone at REP Provisions but only responded to our campaign emails. Additionally, although you spoke to none of our customer service representatives, you continued responding to the emails which I have copied here. “Good morning I didnt appreciate the email you sent me it was very hurtful and It wasnt nice what you said to me about the haunting me part for weeks I didn't appreciate it and I didnt deserve that thank you” “And if you cant treat me with respect like the way i wanna be treated then I will just Unsubscribe from the Rep emails because the things you say to people isn't nice thank you” “And I hope it haunts you too Bitch” Since none of our customer service representatives spoke to you, there was no one that was disrespectful or mean. Like I said, this was an automated email sent to all of our customers. However, we do believe it was very disrespectful that you called any of our employees that name.
