My experience is like so many on this website. I ordered a part for my dishwasher. They sent the wrong part. I called. They sent a replacement part assuring me that if it was still wrong I would get a full refund. Spoiler . . . wrong part again. Since getting that second wrong part, I have emailed them pictures, talked to four different representatives, and I had a guy hang up on me. On two of those calls, I was promised a refund was coming . . . nothing. One of the agents, just flat out told me he would not give me a full refund after we talked for over an hour. Every time I called, I had to wait 15-60 minutes to finally talk to someone and then it was like starting over from ground zero every time. So much time wasted. I filed a formal complaint with the better business bureau. I am just asking for a $27 refund. I don't understand why it is so hard. I think ordering from this company could be a good experience if there are no hiccups, or mistakes. But, if you do have issues, the customer service is one of the worst I have ever worked with.

A very mixed bag. Easy to find my part online, and they had it in stock, which is not all that common right now with all the supply chain issues. Part was delivered in 3 days, one day faster than promised, which was great. But the part was broken. The box was in perfect shape, so the part was broken by either the picker or the packer. Sloppiness. Got online with them, tried to use their chat feature. Wasted a half-hour with no response. Called the 1-800 number, and after another half-hour hold, got a person. He listened, asked pertinent questions, and got a replacement part shipped out quickly at no cost to me. So the customer service was quite good, other than the wait. Got the part in 2 days. And it was broken. Same as before, no damage to the box. Part was broken before shipment by either the picker or the packer. Same routine, got customer service. She listened, asked pertinent questions, and got another replacement shipped out to me. Again, good customer service. Part delivered in 2 days. Good! And now this part, the third one, is also damaged. Seriously. I don't have time for this. But at least it is usable this time, unlike the first two. RepairClinic.com has a serious problem. I won't be using them again.

The only good thing about this company is that the tasks are very easy and can be done quickly. So, if you only want a consistent, subpar paycheck for minimal effort, then this company is for you. But if you want a better salary and long-term career growth and advancement, then you'll better off working on another company because this one does not offer any of that. If only the jobs weren't too easy, I don't think anyone would want here longer than a few months.

Ordered a replacement gas burner for my cook top, and also needed 2 torx screws for it. The burner was fine, but they sent me 2 tiny screws that were way too short and would not work because the head was too large and unable to get a wrench on it. Not to mention, they charged me just under $20 for the two tiny screws, the screw on the left is what they sent. The screws they sent probably cost $0.25. I realize I over paid but thought the original installed screws may be hard to find elsewhere. To top it all off, they require me to pay to return the 2 tiny screws before they will refund my money. I used Repair Clinic a lot in the past but this is the last straw, never again. PS, it cost more to return the screws than they were actually worth. Stupid Return Policy.

This company offers decent pay. The benefits are okay as well. However, no opportunities for advancement in this company. The lack of career prospects makes this company good only for those who want a consistent, decent paycheck. But if you want more than that and to develop your career, you'll be better off searching for a different company.

I entered my serial number into their site and searched for a gasket retainer for my fridge. I ordered the part that came up in the search and when it arrived it was the wrong part. I reached out to their customer service only to be told I ordered the wrong part and the only thing I could do is ship it back at my cost for a refund. I put it back in their packaging and took it to FedEx and while it only cost them $10 to ship to me, not having a FedEx account it will cost me $60 to ship back. The part was only $42.

They made a mistake and sent me the wrong part and I had to pay for return shipping, out $28.00 this is wrong.
