ORDERED A KENMORE WASHER 90 COUPLER. ARRIVED FAST. COUPLER WAS INSIDE ANOTHER OEM BAG WITH AN OPEN OEM BAG AND PART. I DONT KNOW IF THE PART IS OEM OR SOMEONE RETURED A CHEAP COUPLER PART TO SAVE MONEY AND KEPT THE GOOD ONE. I HOPE IT DOES NOT BREAK. WEBSITE HAS GOOD VIDEOS.

Update- Service has degraded badly. They are not what they used to be. Time to Find other sources.
Updating - Upgrading from 2 to 3 stars.
They did the honorable thing and refunded all shipping fees. Parts are expected to be delivered the first business day after they were shipped (which was three days later than expected). Total delay - 4 days.

This is the first time I've had a very bad experience with RepairClinic.com. I've used them for years. Parts indicated as in stock were ordered with overnight delivery paid for. After two days of" Processing " status", I called customer service early in the morning and was told they would call me with an update. No call from Customer Service. I had requested that next-day shipping be refunded, but I needed the parts for the weekend. No call for an update. Late in the day, FEDEX indicated there was a shipment label created with delivery in 4 days (holiday weekend). But they did not have the package. I called Customer Service and was told once the tracking number is created there is nothing that can be done, even though the package hasn't shipped.
Their prices are premium (30%) over other sources. I typically will pay for the assured service. No more.

A very mixed bag
A very mixed bag. Easy to find my part online, and they had it in stock, which is not all that common right now with all the supply chain issues. Part was delivered in 3 days, one day faster than promised, which was great. But the part was broken. The box was in perfect shape, so the part was broken by either the picker or the packer. Sloppiness. Got online with them, tried to use their chat feature. Wasted a half-hour with no response. Called the 1-800 number, and after another half-hour hold, got a person. He listened, asked pertinent questions, and got a replacement part shipped out quickly at no cost to me. So the customer service was quite good, other than the wait. Got the part in 2 days. And it was broken. Same as before, no damage to the box. Part was broken before shipment by either the picker or the packer. Same routine, got customer service. She listened, asked pertinent questions, and got another replacement shipped out to me. Again, good customer service. Part delivered in 2 days. Good! And now this part, the third one, is also damaged. Seriously. I don't have time for this. But at least it is usable this time, unlike the first two.
RepairClinic.com has a serious problem. I won't be using them again.

They had the part I needed at a good…
They had the part I needed at a good price and were in MI, so not too far away for shipping.
Part came, but was missing 5 of the 6 screws that should have been included. I called and they sent out a complete, new pack of the part. Again, missing 5 of the 6 screws needed, but now I only needed 4 because each pack did have 1 screw.
Did an online chat and explained the problem and told them they need to open the pack and make sure all the screws are in it.
The person on the chat, Jade was her name, said she'd personally make sure that would happen and it would go out next day air.
Part came this morning and the pack had been opened and resealed. When I opened it there were all 6 six screws, plus all the other parts again.
I am satisfied with the quality of the parts. And the washing machine is up and running. However, it took a week longer than necessary because of the repair pack not containing all the necessary parts the first time. Pack should have been double-checked the first time I complained. However, I would use them again.
