What these people can do and were good at were to tell lies to their customers! That's how they resolve issues and then blatantly deny all facts presented and even dared to claim them fake!

I was transferred around a couple of times and was put ON HOLD of an hour without resolving the issue! Saying their customer service was horrible is an UNDERSTATEMENT! If there's a more awful word that that then that could be it! There was no manager to talk to, not even a supervisor who could help! This company is ridiculously INCAPABLE of helping customers!

Do not go through the process of buying anything from RepairClinic.com. They mailed me the wrong part# and when it's time to return the product, the shipping cost more than the actual parts and they will not reimburse for shipping even if it's their fault from mailing you the wrong parts. They do not even deserve 1 star, as far as I'm concerned. Customer service is a joke!

Check prices before buying they are overpriced. If they send the wrong part, good luck trying to return it. Check out the many other 1 star reviews. I am highly skeptical of the 5 star reviews. Best advice would be to take whatever part number you need and then purchase from a reliable, well-known website that you can trust.

The management was not only abusive but also engaged in fraudulent activities that greatly impacted the employees and the company's reputation. Their unethical behavior was widely disliked by the workforce, and many people felt upset and frustrated with the lack of action taken against them. It was truly upsetting to witness the extent of their wrongdoing and the damage it caused to the company's culture and morale. Overall, the experience left a lasting negative impression on me and many others who were affected by their fraudulent and abusive practices.

We got wrong parts, or missing ones, basically their staff were so obviously terrible at their job or just awfully LAZY!!

DO NOT ORDER from RepairClinic!!! Do not purchase anything from the RepairClinic! Their unreasonable return policy states that you cannot return a part once you've installed it, WITHOUT ANY USE!!! I installed a part for a dishwasher and realized that the part I installed was not the cause of the leak from my dishwasher. Their website claims that "Return uninstalled parts and products for any reason within 365 days of purchase." I removed the part and then sent it back and didn't realize that it couldn't be returned. Horrible customer service. No signs of any wear or tear on the part at all and could most definitely be resold. It will end up costing you more in the long run to pay for the part, pay for the shipping to receive the part, and pay for the shipping to return the part because it does not resolve your issue!

I ordered a furnace part and I checked the picture on their website and the part numbers matched. They sent me a part that I did not order and would not install in my furnace. I returned the part. I paid 106.57 for the part and got 79 dollars back. The problem is that this is fraud on two counts. First they sent me the wrong part and secondly they did not refund the full amount. I had to pay over 25 dollars to sent the part back. I had a screen print of what I ordered. I am taking this to the RCMP fraud investigation. If you have had the same type of experience then report it to the RCMP. This is crap.
