Working for this company feels like modern slavery. The management dumps a ton of tasks on the employees regardless of our current workload and schedules. Even if the managers don't require you to, you will be forced to work overtime because of just how much stuff you have to finish within a short amount of time. The insurmountable number of tasks doesn't even come close to the insufficient pay.

I ordered a part on September 29th, 2023 and it has still not arrived on when I am currently writing this, January 5, 2023. I have been on hold with repairclinic for a half an hour. There is not response to support, and no clear way to cancel the order. Overall I woudl say this company is untrustworthy.

Untrustworthy. Ordered part did not work sent it back would not provide refund told me they would throw the part out if I didn’t pay for shipping again for the third time overcharged for part in the first place over charge for shipping in the first place all Floridians stay away from this company

The people comprising this company's management are some of the worst managers I've known. They're not worst only due to their awful performance. But they're the worst mainly because of their horrible attitude and repulsive behavior. This company is like a revolving door of employees due to how many quit in just a short time, and the reason is the terrible management.

the company sent my order to the wrong address. then said it was my fault. then it was delivered to a different address alledgley that they put in. i call the company they claimed it was delivered to and they said they didn't receive anything. i was told on the phone and on chat that it was my problem. no refund, no shipping a new one.

Paid more for a part than other suppliers because they claimed a faster delivery date. Had to call them 10 days after placing the order to be told that the part was on back order and would not arrive until after the cheaper suppliers

Don't use this company. I ordered a part and didn't need it. They now will not refund my money using the excuse that it appears to have been attempted to be installed. NOT TRUE. IT NEVER LEFT THE BOX. They either sent me a used part or the return policy is a scam. In either case, they have my $100 and the part.

Updating - Upgrading from 2 to 3 stars. They did the honorable thing and refunded all shipping fees. Parts are expected to be delivered the first business day after they were shipped (which was three days later than expected). Total delay - 4 days. ******* This is the first time I've had a very bad experience with RepairClinic.com. I've used them for years. Parts indicated as in stock were ordered with overnight delivery paid for. After two days of" Processing " status", I called customer service early in the morning and was told they would call me with an update. No call from Customer Service. I had requested that next-day shipping be refunded, but I needed the parts for the weekend. No call for an update. Late in the day, FEDEX indicated there was a shipment label created with delivery in 4 days (holiday weekend). But they did not have the package. I called Customer Service and was told once the tracking number is created there is nothing that can be done, even though the package hasn't shipped. Their prices are premium (30%) over other sources. I typically will pay for the assured service. No more.
