My experience with Repair Clinic is nothing but positive. I needed a GE refrigerator part that GE is no long making. Through Google search, I found Repair Clinic had the best price, at least 20% cheaper than the next retailer. The shipping cost is reasonable for a small business. I received the shipment via Fedex 3 days after. 100% satisfied.

Ordered a burner cover for my 20 year old range- they. had it in stock which is amazing. Received email verifying purchase, with updates when it would arrive. Part arrived and fit perfectly. Price was reasonable considering we could not find it anywhere in the country and GE did not make it anymore.

Entered my model number, watched a video or two on their “how to” section and placed the order for $37.33 and that got me the whole oem kit for the upper agitator. Two days later they got the part(s) to us and 20 minutes later my washer was fixed. Excellent company, easy process. They fixed the agitation on both the machine and myself. Highly recommended!!

I think this company is fantastic! They have great OEM products, great online video support, and fairly quick phone support if you need to speak with someone. They aren't perfect, but neither am I, so we are great fit. In the rare times I have returned items, I've never had an issue.

Ordered a high temp thermostat and fuse for Whirlpool dryer on 12/29/20. Part was listed as in stock and in fact shipped same day. Received the parts 2-days later on 12/31/20. Part numbers were an exact match. Didn't need video guidance for repair, but nice that they offer the instructions. Based on my experience, Repair Clinic is recommended.
