Worst customer support
Experienced the worst customer support from this company. I wish I had made my purchase from an alternative service provide. What's with the delayed delivery and no answer to inquiries?

They Don't Work for the Customers
The customer service team of this company is bad, and the parts they offer are overpriced. The delivery is also very late, and they offer no refunds if the products don't last long. Poor performance overall.

Good product, shipping and follow-up
I ordered a hard-to-find part for my fridge and it showed up on time and well packaged. They also followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase experience.
