A complete mismatch! I called their customer service to fix it, and let me tell you, that was a nightmare. I was on hold for like an hour, and then the person I talked to was rude and unhelpful. they kept giving me the runaround about returns and replacements.

No instructions were included. Customer service was even rude and condescending when I asked for it and said I could just "google" it. The disrespect was unbelievable!!

I ordered a refrigerator part on online using the company's live online chat. The chat agent provided the wrong part: right side drawer rail instead of the left side. I contacted the chat agent again and explained the problem. The price of the correct mirror image part was increased from $71 to $100. The company refused to simply send the correct part upon return of the wrong part or adjust the price for me to order the right one. Despite supervisory intervention, the best they would do was a refund without the need to send the part back. Even the grocery can handle something easy like this.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!...I'm usually pretty good about checking reviews before placing an order and I made a mistake not doing that for this company...Prior to placing my order the order screen showed a total of $33 and under the shipping there was just a slash mark. Then I placed the order and suddenly on the confirmation screen it added over $12 for shipping (for a few brass fittings). I have done plenty of online shopping, I'm not an idiot. This is incredibly shady business practice. Steer clear, there are other similar sites that have great reviews.

Correct part was sent along with additional parts that were not part of the order. Returning the unordered part was a frustrating experience. Phone staff are extremely rude, unable to professionally handle customer frustration caused by their error. Would not use again simply due to staff response.

Repairclinic boasts a generous one-year return window, but don't be fooled. Their return process is a nightmare for customers. Even if they send you the wrong part, getting a refund or replacement becomes a huge hassle. Prepare to be stuck in the middle of a frustrating back-and-forth between them and the manufacturer. You'll waste time playing referee as they try to dodge responsibility for the mistake.

Called to speak with someone about a part we were needing for our dishwasher. Told them our model info and asked them to make sure the parts were good to replace . They assured us they were. We received the parts and they couldn't have been more wrong! Not even close! I called to return them , the cs agent was extremely nasty! We were charged $12 to have it shipped originally. They said we would have to pay shipping to return it as well. I said the company said these were the correct parts we needed and they aren't. I don't think we should have to pay double shipping for their mistake. He was really rude and said that if I wanted to return it I had to pay it and if I argued with him about it he would just hang up on me. There is no thing as cs any more and I would never purchase from this company again! Beware!

I shouldn't have trusted customer service when they do the same mistake repeatedly!! They even blamed me for the wrong shipments because my words weren't very clear and they don't understand me!! They make the most terrible excuses and lies and won't even admit their fault!!
