Original job and the window was great, now trying to replace a broken window. I paid up front $700+ and for 24 days now I can not get an answer as to where the order is or when the window will be available for installation

Would have costed 11,000$ but we put a stop to that. This company prays on vulnerable senior's, women and people who don’t know the true cost of things. During the consultation call, they repeatedly ask if there are other people in the home adult children, husband which is the first red flag . It’s $5000 for the door that would have cost $1800 at Home Depot and $800 to install, they charge $5000 installation on top of the $5000 door. If you want to flush your money down the toilet this is the company

I worked there. Believe me when I say the company puts its own interests above anything. The branch I worked at had an owner who only cared about money. Numerous people have been injured on the job and they turn their backs on employees. They are shady and break multiple laws in many different ways. I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years and have never experienced a more corrupt company. RBA of Oregon keeps known felons on the job, people, that you don’t want in your house and people with past DUI’s who have been caught drinking alcohol on the job. I would encourage anyone reading to get windows somewhere else and don’t get a job there unless you want to roll the dice with your own future. And I get that there’s a lot of shady companies out there, but what RBA of Oregon does is WAY beyond unethical, to the point of willfully breaking laws.

Windows are a good product but RBA is a rip off. I had some installed and their warranty statement is not true. Nothing but hassles and “it’s not our problem”. The other ones I had done I purchased the Anderson windows from a local hardware store and had a contractor I have used for other things install them for about a 10th of the Renewal by Anderson price. They did a great job and no issues with the install. Not like RBA who installed them wrong and had nothing but problems

Sadly, We will be singing the same song as most folks here. Totally over priced, lead to believe this is the only day for the Special offer and then to top it off, the windows do not contain any stopper. Yes they have Window locks but our windows in the old section of our home have the added feature of a small pop out that keeps intruders from climbing into your home. No such device at RbA! And yet for the money they charge it should easy enough. I called several times and am still waiting for a return call. If need be I'll write 2 reviews!
