I have been a customer of several banks over the years, but Regions Bank has the best customer service and most helpful staff of any other bank I have dealt with. I am not the largest depositor in their bank, but they always treat me like I am. If you want a bank that has great customer service and knowledgeable staff, this bank is for you! I highly recommend it.

This bank should be out of business! They are illegally stealing money from accounts of customers. A greedy dishonest bank. They cannot be trusted. If you have accounts with them you are supporting a bank that is stealing from us. This must be stopped!

Terrible customer service. My local branches are seriously understaffed, with unqualified people. There are no "loan officers" that are staffed at banks in my area. The branch manager told me, "If you want to talk to someone about a mortgage loan, you will need to go out of town". I found a better bank with a higher yield for savings and money market. And, they have loan officers staffed and prepared to make loans. Easy decision.

We were on fumes coming home and pulled into last gas station for twenty two miles. we had waited a gas was 22 cents less a gallon. We had money in account, but bank declined card despite the fact funds were in account, and overdraft protection in place. We ran card three times, but declined all three times. We got text message five minutes later down the road, card was declined to protect back because they flagged it, despite having used gas station numerous times and only 35 miles from house. When I called and asked for supervisor I was told bank will flag sometimes to protect card holder. There was no reason to flag this card and it caused great hardship for us running out of gas on a school night and what a celebration turned onto a horrible night. Bank accepted no responsibility at all, we lost hours of time and used one of our AAA calls. This should not have happened. In addition always lines, bank is always understaffed. Teller told us a hiring freeze is in place. ATM has been broken seven times this year alone.

I have really liked Regions except the local branch never answers the phone. Today, though was the worse. The customer service is nothing short of terrible. Local branch is good, but the 800 numbers have nothing but incompetent people to help you. It seems Regions will hire anyone just to answer the phones, because the uneducated I have talked too could not chew gum and walk.

This is a horrible bank. I have a account with them and I’ve had so much trouble with them it’s unbelievable. Horrible customer service and service in general. One example, Had a 2000 check that I cashed at a atm and as I cashed it the atm shut down and it took 2 weeks to finally get my money back. Another example is there overdraft fees they only have 1 freebee with a years time and when I got hit with 6 different small reoccurring transactions I was 100 in debt to them 36.00 overdraft fee times 6 is 216. I have more than 10 different experiences that were all bad. Do not recommend at all

I would like to say my husband & I have banked with different banks, and I can tell you We will Never Bank with anyone other than Regions. The customer care you get as soon as you walk in and the EXCEPTIONAL Customer Care you get when you speak with Sharon & Karen is nothing short of Amazing. these 2 ladies Rock.. if I could give 10 Stars I would.
