Great customer service by local branch. I’ve banked with them for overs 25 years with no problems

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Regions Bank, and especially Mareim Toma, Sr. Consumer Relationship Banker at Alafaya Woods in Oviedo. I had recently been denied when trying to add my name to my husband’s account at another bank, even though he had been banking with them for many years. It was frustrating and honestly a little embarrassing. I needed a bank statement in my name, so I searched for a bank that could help me and found Regions. I called the branch nearest me, and thankfully Mareim answered. From the very first phone call, she was incredibly kind, warm and reassuring. She told me to come in and that she would personally help me. I did, and I was approved for a standard checking account. What impressed me most, though, wasn’t simply being approved. It was how I was treated. Mareim never once made me feel embarrassed or judged. She was patient, compassionate and genuinely happy to help. She even sat with me and walked me through setting up my online banking before I left. I walked into Regions feeling nervous and walked out feeling incredibly grateful.Mareim is one of those rare people who reminds you how much kindness matters. As a Christian myself, I especially appreciated meeting such a kind and compassionate Christian lady. My husband will now be opening an account with Regions as well and transferring his direct deposit. Regions currently has some very attractive incentives for opening an account and setting up direct deposit, which is certainly a nice bonus—but that is NOT why we are recommending them. The service is. When someone treats you with dignity, patience and genuine kindness when you’re already feeling vulnerable, you remember it. Thank you, Mareim Toma. You are an absolute blessing, and Regions Bank is very fortunate to have you.

I’ve been with Regions for over 5 years! They let me know if my card had been compromised, updates on my acct. Great Customer support!

I want too leave Jordan Powell a great review ever since I met that young man he showed me o was important and couple of times with my problems he not only help me he went all the way to make it resolved his attitude made me take my retirement and social security from navy federal and just wanted regions the young man is a 5 star in my book thanks Anthony Frazier 😉

I have not always been happy with my chosen Bank which is Regions Bank.... But... Overall, I am Extremely Grateful for the Excellent Customer Service I receive from Regions Bank Today, Regions Bank quickly resolved an ongoing fraud commited against me through another finance company I just couldn't get it to stop!!! But Regions Bank Did!.... In less than 24 hours I am grateful to Regions Bank especially when I was helped before by Regions Bank when someone committed fraud against me at a Regions Bank ATM many miles away I have no idea still how the theft was committed... But I don't need to figure it out to know that I Truly Trust the Dedication and Security that Regions Bank provides for me every day Thank you to Everyone that Makes Regions Bank be that Bank for me

I had a good experience opening an account in branch recently. The banker was able to help me immediately and I had an account open within an hour. It's nice to know some banks still value in person services.

I am working out of state in Olive Branch, Mississippi, Mississippi, I have banked with Regions bank for many years on the Gulf Coast, I am up here in Olive Branch and have had the pleasure of dealing with the Olive Olive Branch Regions branch and I have four young ladies I would like to leave a positive and glowing review for, Arterria Weeks, Kalif Lovett, Brenda Griffin, and Sherry Cunningham (manager). I have dealt with these poor ladies for about a month and a half, 2 to 3 times a week various transactions and starting with Brenda. I’ve had nothing but positive interaction and been given tremendous service and help, Brenda even saved me from losing $160 to a Scam from GEICO insurance insurance And she was able to recover my funds and Red deposit them into my account, these other ladies have been so sweet so courteous, and it’s a pleasure dealing with your bank, especially with such wonderful employees and associates!
