Fraud! Don’t get mortgages with Regions. They took over $10000 in closing costs for construction loan, but when it came to use that loan they sent me a letter stating they’re canceling my loan and didn’t pay a cent back! All I got was a letter that my loan is canceled.

I have an escrow account with my Regions mortgage. Regions servicing did not pay one of my property tax bills on time, and I was assessed a late fee. Regions refused to cover the late fee. Regions said it follows the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). RESPA section 1024.34 states, "the servicer shall make payments from the escrow account...to avoid a penalty." When I pointed this text out to Regions, Regions refused to share legal or regulatory text allowing the servicer to not make property tax payments by the taxing authority's deadline.

Zero Communication Bank! You call the number over and over but never get a person on the phone. When I finally did get a person i asked for an email address so that i could communicate that way. Oh we don't have email addresses, but you can send us stuff in the mail? Shall I bring it to you in my horse and buggy? What generation are you all in. I hate that my mortgage is with you all.

These morons send an application for a credit card to me. Their automated system does not work. The promo code they give me was invalid. When I got a human to talk to they tell me that my application was denied. I have a 750 FICO rating and they declined ME? Don't waste your time filling out the application. I should have checked Trust Pilot before wasting my time. It is no wonder Regions has a 1 star rate.

Regions bank are liars they said they mailed my card and I still havent received it its been 8 days then the other card I had they canceled it like seriously and I didnt even know this is totally wrong I cant even get or use my money. My money my account my id is expired I cant even get my money it just expired on my birthday November 27th this bank is the worst cant even pay my bills I think Ima take my business elsewhere.

So last month November 28th I deposited a check for $4,500 something dollars $4,557 to be correct so the branch put a hold on it as they normally do so I get an email stating that my funds would not be available until December 7th well guess what my funds are still not available I called the regions corporate office they told me that the branch had them still had a hold on it so I take myself to the bank the branch tells me that the fraud department has a hold on it so I go back home and I call Regions and I asked to speak with the fraud department fraud department tells me that the branch has a hold on it a branch hold now taking the mind I'm being evicted from my place of residence now because they want to keep playing around with my money I don't trust Banks this is the very reason I don't so just the other day Saturday which was what the 30th I went back in there told them what the fraud department told me that the fraud department has a hold on it so I got online today just to chat with somebody and the people that I was chatting with tell me that the branch has a hold on it but yet they're still taking money out of my account for their maintenance fees they're losers their pieces I can't say what I want to say but y'all know what I mean if you're smart don't use regions I'm fixing to put a lawsuit against them now

do not use region , they will take years before they relese your money

I opened a bank account with Regions bank in 2016 I thought they were the best bank I had ever experienced they helped me anytime I had a problem. They showed me the lock it deal which I loved. Due to my work being slow I had time to pick up a little extra work to help through the holidays. I filled out a couple applications for on line are secret shopper a week later i recieved a check in the mail with instructions on what to do with the money. I was texting with the company that sent the check I deposited it in the atm. I got kinda suspicious and drove to the bank the next morning I told the teller about the check showed her the letter that came with it and I was concerned that it may be a fraudulent check my suspicions came about when the person continued to text me wanted me to use my money to do the shopping an kept assuring me the check would clear. I had already deposited the check. A couple days later my bank card was locked down after the bank did a review they closed my account. I do not believe I was done right at all after seven years with regions that they would do that especially when I had several thousand dollars in there bank. I use to refer regions to anyone who would ask about a good bank but no more will i be doing any referrals on there behalf. Maybe I should have caught it before I deposited the check right here at the holidays I was a little excited about receiving the money I would have helped a lot had it not been a bad check. I’m sorry it happened I do not think my account should have been closed I was done wrong I had cost me a lot of trouble having to change the payments that automatically came out Thanks a lot regions for the banking experience.
