The Regions app is my only spinning circle app and I have lots of apps. Three attempts to update a bill pay address and three fails. My fourth attempt was successful but only after saving one line change at a time. Then received a fail trying to pay the just edited bill. Also Regions new rule for withdrawing large sums of money ($2k or more) is a hassle hiding behind "its for your protection..." All companies say this until they get hacked so what protection.

Kylen Ware from the Lamar Ave branch in Memphis, TN was very helpful during the account opening process — patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. We spent several hours opening three accounts, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly at that time. Unfortunately, the level of service changed significantly after the accounts were opened. I was told I could reach out with any questions, but multiple calls and messages have gone unanswered, even after being told I would receive a callback. This made it difficult to get support when I needed help navigating my accounts. While calling the Regions Bank customer service line was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, my direct experience with follow-up from this branch did not meet expectations.

I when to the location on Gunn Hwy by big Walmart, I want to speak with someone in customer service. At that moment earlier in the morning was only two person on the teller and one customer service representative. I askhim for help, he told me I made have to why about 30 minutes before he get back to me. For me that was a bad customer service and I left, he didn't care.

I’m extremely disappointed with Regions Bank after they misplaced over $3,000 of my funds and have offered no resolution. After submitting all requested documentation and repeatedly following up with support, the issue remains unresolved and the money is still missing. Communication has been slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful—leaving me frustrated and out thousands of dollars. As a small business owner, I rely on a payment processor I can trust. Losing access to funds that rightfully belong to me has caused unnecessary stress and financial strain. I expected better professionalism and accountability from a major banking company like Regions. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend their services to anyone who needs dependable, transparent support.

Bill Pay at Regions is terribe, intermittent . works one day doesnt work the next day. everytime i chat with regions and everytime they have me try several things but ultimately they always tell me the problem is on my end. Well now the problem is theirs !

Went in to get a new card printed.I was told that they would have to send a code to my cell phone to make sure it was me.I was sitting right in front of the guy!! My phone would not let me text,so they. Couldn't send a code.Which is rather stupid considering that I was sitting right there and with ID..Was told I would have to get it in the mail.Regions needs to let people know these things BEFORE they send you to a branch to get a new card printed!!

I have been a simple customer from Regions in Sarasota, FL since 2010. It was a handy bank. I am permanently disabled and reside outside the country in order to afford my life. Last year when my mailing address changed, they took a long time to verify me. But they did this. Voting by email was a cinch compared to the obstacles they have had me go through. I have temporary addresses like many. When they put an unnecessary security hold on my account, I verified my address and the system conveniently will not accept it. This is just a way to bug a human being who is able to reside in another free country. I believe it is completely unecessary. When they told me they could verify me by sending me a text code, their system is pitiful because it doesnt. But my family who banks with everyone else has a clear option. I do not have a luxury of traveling all the way back to the bank. This is why it seems about time for me to kill the switch on this bank.

Horrible. I have had issues with the external transfer since opening the account. Regions bank just seems not to be able to get it done. The customer service people are nice, but they do not know a damn thing. I have spent so much time going to the branch to be "verified". I have spent hours on the phone, literally hours, only to be told "we can't do anything about it in this department. Yet, no one can get me to the right department. Totally frustrated and disappointing. I really would have liked to use a bank in my hometown, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be. I will go find another bank. If you are reading this, think twice before becoming a customer. **UPDATE** The external transfer is now working. I am only increasing the review to three stars because it took them so long (over three weeks) to fix it and nobody seemed to know what was going on. Customer service at the branch and online tried their best, but whatever department it took to fix it is responsible for this low review.
