Love it
So far so fantastic… the app is great and the board is well made… I’m only at the beginning of my challenge but I’m loving it and can highly recommend. It might seem expensive to start with but it’s so much cheaper than the gym and I can do it every morning in my lounge …. Love it

Hi Johanne, Thank you so much for your kind words! 💜 We’re delighted to hear you’re enjoying both the app and the board, and that you’re already loving the start of your challenge. It’s wonderful that you’ve found it such a convenient and cost-effective alternative to the gym—being able to work out right from your lounge is such a win! 🙌 We’re excited to see your progress as you continue the challenge. Keep it up—you’re doing amazing! ✨ Warmly, Team Reformly 💜

Rocky start, great product
My first parcel was lost and it took a while for Reformly to accept that and send out a replacement. Having said that, I love the board and the support that is set up.

Now unfit for purpose…
My first observation was that it wasn’t as sturdy as the adverts show. Everything just a cheap quality. But I liked the concept, so started my day challenge straight away. After half an hour one of the sliding pads jammed and wouldn’t move either up or down. After I took a video of it to send to the company, I moved the other one to pack away and that jammed too. Obviously this makes the whole machine unfit for any purpose. I have emailed 3 times now, and nothing has been resolved yet. If I don’t get a result soon , I will consider taking further action.

Hey Maria, We’re really sorry to hear that your first experience with the board was like this, that’s definitely not the standard we want to set. Thank you as well for sharing the video with us, it helps us understand what went wrong. From what you’ve described, your board is clearly faulty, and under our 30-day guarantee you’re fully covered. We can either: 1. Send you a free replacement straight away, or 2. Arrange a full refund once the board is returned to us. Our team has already sent you an email to help move this forward, but if you haven’t seen it yet, could you please check your spam/junk folder? Sometimes our replies end up there. Otherwise, feel free to message us directly at [email protected] and we’ll prioritise your case so it’s resolved quickly. We never want a customer to feel ignored or left stuck, you’ll absolutely get a proper resolution here. Warmly, Team Reformly 💜

Love it!
Had my reformly board for 2 weeks now and really love it! I like the flexibility of working out at home whenever is best for me! The videos are really helpful, and great for someone who's not too familiar with pilates!

I have ordered the board and a mat and only received the mat. Contacted the company and no response
Response from ReformlyJul 24, 2025
Hey Joanne, We'd love to help you out! We ship the mat & board separately due to its size, that's the reason why you have received only one so far. It seems like your messages are not coming through. I've requested information through Trustpilot so I can locate your order and assist you straight away! We'd be very happy to assist you, but right now we can't find your e-mails. Please have a lookout at Trustpilot since they will request some info!

I ordered the board on the 5th May this…
I ordered the board on the 5th May this year. There was a war in my country for just over a week and for a time there was no shipping but the item had 6 weeks or more to arrive before that, and there have been weeks since then. They keep telling me it's been sorted and it's on its way or that they will get back to me to explain what has happened to my package. Today I was told by the tracking company that the package has never been sent. I'm at my wits end and never seem to get an honest or meaningful answer to my queries.

Hi Raella, We’re really sorry for how frustrating this has been and we understand completely why you’re at your wits’ end. The situation with your order has been anything but standard. When your order was first shipped, it was already en route with the international carrier, but unfortunately, due to the temporary closure of Israeli airspace at the time, it was returned to sender. Since then, we’ve been actively trying to reship it, but our carrier has blocked us from sending it again, something we’ve been escalating on our side. It’s not the experience we want anyone to have, and we’re so sorry for the delays and lack of clarity along the way. We’re currently working on a custom solution for you and hope to have it sorted by the end of this week. Thank you for your patience, and please know we haven’t forgotten about you, we’re on it 💜 Warmly, Team Reformly

This is a con
This is a con. The board turned up much later than expected, it is unbranded, so a generic board you can by on Amazon for less than half the cost, there is no nutrition plan or App to use. I should have gone with my gut feel that this was a rip off. Reformerly, you know what you are doing and that you are not being truthful, you should be ashamed of yourself and so should anyone working at that business. Trading Standards should be looking into this business. I will ensure they do! As for the other 5* reviews, just assume they are fake.
Response from ReformlyJul 20, 2025
Hey Clara, We’re really sorry to hear that you feel this way and we want to take a moment to respond openly and honestly. First of all: the board is ours, and while it may look similar to others online, we’ve worked hard to build a complete system around it including our exclusive 28-day challenge, personal nutrition guidance, and a private community to support our customers. That full experience is what makes Reformly what it is. It sounds like some things may not have come through properly, if you haven’t received your challenge access or nutrition plan yet, we’d love to sort that out right away. Just send us a message at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll take care of it, no stress. We also want to be clear that we do not fake reviews, every review you see is from a real customer. We’re a small team genuinely trying to help women feel strong and confident at home, and we take feedback seriously. If you’re disappointed, we want to make it right. Please reach out so we can support you properly. Warm wishes, Team Reformly
