Day 1
Day 1! Received my board a couple of days ago and did my first workout today! Reason I haven’t popped 5 stars on, is I’m a bit confused about the 28 day free trial of workout plans (hoping I’m right with that) …it wants me to subscribe already onto a 7 day trial, then it changed to 2 weeks, then I have to pay… the customer service has been great re delivery, so emailed to enquire about the workouts etc…and looking forward to getting into it more 😌… did a workout today from another source- but great! Loving it so far! 😍

Love reformer Pilates? You will love the board.
I loved going for reformer Pilates. Unfortunately I had to give it up due to time restrictions. Buying a reformer was way beyond my budget. Reformly Board was the answer. I love using it at home whenever I want to. I struggled to follow the routine when I first started using it but once you get used to the board it is awesome!!! I highly recommend it.

I’ve been following this workout routine for six days now, and it has truly given me the stability and foundation I was looking for. The exercises are well-structured, easy to follow, and progressive—helping me build consistency and confidence along the way. One of the standout features is the equipment board—it’s absolutely fantastic. Everything is laid out so clearly that it takes away the guesswork, making each session more focused and efficient. It’s a simple touch, but it makes a huge difference in keeping me on track. Overall, this program has been a game-changer for my fitness journey. DO NOT BUY FROM this company
DO NOT BUY FROM this company. It is a scam, they order in china and get it delivered to your door more than a month later. You can buy this elsewhere a lot cheaper. When I told them I did not want it anymore because it took too much time to get it delivered, they said it was allready on its way. it arrived more than a week later. I wanted to send it back and get a refund but it was delivered the 14th and they still cannot find the package and they can not read the barcode of de proof of delivery I have sent them. SCAMMERS

Very bad customer service
I signed up for the App membership of £9.99, but cancelled it two days later whilst I was still in the free trial period. I emailed Reformly regarding the cancellation of the subscription and received an email back confirming cancellation. All sorted, or so I thought. They then proceeded to take the £9.99 out of my account the following month, even though I'd had confirmation this had been cancelled. Have emailed them twice regarding this matter and just got complete silence. Am certainly not impressed. I also keep receiving emails to tell me my order is on its way. I haven't ordered anything. Again, have emailed them and got no response. What a shambles, no surprise there is no phone number to ring, I guess it's easier to ignore emails.

The customer service is really good
The customer service is really good, I had a problem trying to sort out the new app and Reformly got straight in contact and helped me … I’m all sorted !

I like the app and the ease of some of…
I like the app and the ease of some of the exercises. But as I'm not fit and don't exercise as often, I find that when you follow the app, it doesn't show you how to get into some positions. As some are a lot harder than others.
