Disappointing experience with Reformly! Proceed with caution
I worked with Reformly for over a year and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. During my time with the company, I became aware of several business practices that raised serious concerns, including recurring card charges from customers and difficulties customers faced when requesting refunds. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to carefully review their terms and monitor their payments. From my personal experience, customer concerns did not always seem to be handled with the level of care and accountability expected from a reputable business. Additionally, after my employment ended, I was left unpaid for a month of completed work despite multiple follow-ups and assurances that payment would be made. Beyond the customer service concerns, I also do not believe the product quality matches the price point. I’m sharing this review based on my direct experience working with the company and hope potential customers take the time to do their own research before making a purchase.
