Hi Debbie, Thank you so much for sharing this, and we’re truly sorry to hear this is still happening . We completely understand how concerning it must be to see another charge after cancelling. We’ve taken another careful look at your case, and we just want to gently clarify again that your subscription was originally set up through Apple. Because of this, all billing, cancellations, and any charges are fully managed on Apple’s side, and we unfortunately do not have the ability to stop or control these payments from our end. Since you’ve mentioned that it has already been cancelled through Apple, the next best step would be to contact Apple Support directly so they can review your Apple ID billing history and investigate why the charge still went through. They also have the ability to process refunds where applicable.
