Hi Elly, Thank you so much for your lovely review, we’re so happy to hear you’re loving the board!! 😊 We completely understand the confusion around the app, and we’d love to clarify this for you. With your purchase, you do get access to a selection of free workouts, including: • 14-Day Kickstart Program • 60-Day Transformation Challenge These are all available to you at no extra cost inside the app. The full library of 200+ guided workouts is part of the premium subscription, which is why you may see a paywall when exploring beyond the included programs. If you need any help accessing your free workouts or getting set up, just send us an email at support and we’ll take care of you right away, we’ve got you 💜 Warm regards, Reformly Customer Support

Hi Mia, Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m so sorry to hear how this has made you feel. I completely understand how disappointing and confusing this must be, especially after your purchase. I’d love to reassure you that you do have access to complimentary workouts included with your Reformly Basic plan. This includes the 14 Day Kickstart program, the 60 Day Transformation Program, and 100 plus guided workouts that you can start right away. This is definitely not the experience we want for you, and I’d really love the chance to make things right. Please send us a message so we can look into your account and get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. We’re here to help and make sure you can start enjoying your workouts with confidence. Hi Megan, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear that this has been your experience. I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must feel, especially after your purchase. I’d love to clarify that you still have access to the complimentary workouts included with your Reformly Basic plan. These are not limited to 7 days and remain available for you to use without needing a subscription. This includes: • 14-Day Kickstart • 28-Day Challenge • 30-Day Body Tone • 28-Day Pilates Kit Challenge The 7-day trial you’re seeing is for an optional Premium upgrade, which unlocks additional content but it’s not required to continue using the programs included with your board. We understand how the new onboarding experience may have caused confusion, and we’re actively working on making this clearer for our customers. We truly want you to feel confident in your purchase and get the most out of your Reformly experience. If you’re open to it, please send us a message, we’d be more than happy to guide you step by step and make sure everything is working as it should. Warm regards, Reformly Customer Support
