I want to recognize Adam King for the outstanding customer service he provided. After a very frustrating experience with my medication shipment being lost by FedEx for over a week, I was understandably concerned because the medication is temperature-sensitive and I no longer felt comfortable using it after it had been exposed to high outdoor temperatures. I had contacted customer service several times trying to resolve the issue. During my previous call, I was placed on hold for over 45 minutes and never received a response, which left me feeling extremely discouraged. When Adam answered my call, everything changed. He was patient, compassionate, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. He remained calm, treated me with respect, and quickly found a solution. He made sure my replacement medication would be shipped right away, giving me peace of mind after such a stressful situation. Adam completely turned my experience around.
