RefillsWe started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? I had major issues with my account. My medication expired, and I was going to be billed early for my cycle. The online chat was terrible. Two days of me trying to resolve the issue and I got nowhere. I called instead, and a wonderful person named Hope helped me right away. She changed my billing date and is sending my photos of the expired medication to the pharmacy for replacement. It remains to be seen if I get the replacement, but at least she did what she could to help me.

We sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had with our online chat, but we’re so glad Hope was able to assist you right away over the phone. We are actively monitoring your account to ensure your replacement medication is issued promptly. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Refills!
