appears to be total scam. Ordered medication easily, but once they charged for it.... they disappeared. No correspondence, no chat, no text, no email about when or even if would receive the medication. No customer service.... nothing !ggg

They do not respond. I tried contacting the doctor and support with concerns on side effects but no one responded. Not to mention my order is a week late with no ETA for delivery. When calling no one answers the phone. It just says all reps are busy please leave a voicemail. I’m now trying to cancel, as I do not feel this company provides safe or efficient patient care, but I cannot reach anyone to cancel. It has been a horrible experience. Pay the extra money and use Remedy Meds. This place is not worth it.

Refills.com replied to my comment below, apologizing for my inconvenience blah blah. They said to contact them a this support at refills dot com….REALLY??? I’m glad they told me or I’d be really lost. I’ve left them so many emails and comments, after begging and pleading they had a rep call me who did nothing but repeated the same crap they were telling me. Unfortunately I believe we’ve lost about $600-700 of hard earned money. I’d like to contact an attorney and discuss options. I was thinking small claims court??? They simply do not care about their customers except to suck them dry of money. So again, go to a different company. Refills.com maybe been great in the beginning but now they can’t even fills orders for existing patients much less the ones. I hate them. Run from this company. The phones only go to a voicemail. You can forget speaking to a human. You can send a chat but they give you the run around too. I’ve wasted so much money I’m crying because I can barely afford this to begin with. Hate it too good a word to describe how I feel about refills.com.

Great deals. Talked to an actual person via text which was super convenient and easy to deal with.

My first round of 5 shots has done nothing. I have gained 4 pounds. It may as well have been saline. My next round was set to be the same dosage. I asked for an increase. The doctor agreed and asked me to contact support. Customer support hasn't responded to me after a week. I paid the fee for my current round 2 weeks ago. My next dose is in 2 days, but I have no notifications about the delivery. The company keeps charging earlier and earlier in the month, yet there are 5 shots per round. Beware!

Refill.com support is unprofessional and not a good company to work with. They give conflicting information. They don’t respond to messages in a timely manner. If the product does not work, don’t expect much of a refund because of their policy which is a bunch of crap. Don’t recommend them at all. Also, they hung up on me.

My credit card was charged $149 on 1/17/2025 for a Semaglutide Titration monthly prescription. I have reached out to customer support email address twice asking for an estimated delivery date. Refills.com agent, “Carl”, has now pushed the blame on the compounding pharmacy, ProRx. Their customer support line, 888-458-5061, gets you to a prerecorded message of an agent. ***I am aware of how ridiculous this next part is going to sound.*** At first it sounds like an agent introducing themselves and asking how they can help. The agent then acts like the call is breaking up and they can’t hear you. The agent in the recording then says they have no choice to disconnect the call. I tried calling from other’s phones and in different locations. Also, there is no option to leave a voicemail. I have asked for a refund twice and been denied.
