They were good my first two shipments. I order once monthly. January they charged me twice. I put a hold on my February order so it wouldn't ship within two weeks of just receiving my new dose. It was applied to my current paid order and I cannot remove the hold which means now my current dose will be delayed by a minimum of two weeks at this point . Yet I will be paying for another dose to be shipped out. Make it make sense. I've contacted them on the phone and through support and no answer. I've requested a refund. No answer. ***Update*** The issue was resolved 2-11-26. I received the service I needed to resolve my issue. I'm still continuing my treatment with them and hopefully this was just a hiccup. ** update 3-15-26 Most definitely not a hiccup. Customer service is practically non existent. March 3rd I sent a message to support to get my shipments back on track from the last issue. No response has been made. I even reached out the person who replied for my initial compliant on here 4 days ago. Still no response from customer service. Time to go elsewhere.

They are the worst 0 customer service Please try fridays ,much better customer service They ignore you texts and calls , you keep waiting and takes month to deliver without any guidance

Onboarding process was very easy. I was VERY impressed. And THEN the wait! It has been over two weeks since my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I have now been off of my semaglutide for 2 weeks and my progress is now reversing. I am so frustrated. No response via the chat. I have a very hard time recommending Refills.com to any prospective customers.

I am very disappointed as I have been on treatment in past with different service with wonderful results. I was looking for better prices so went to Refills, you get what you pay for. I have had no results, and when I try to contact them through the chat, I get no response. I am definitely going back to previous service. This was a complete waste of money.

Great option for zepbound at an actually affordable price. The shipping is fast and their customer service is great and very helpful with all the questions I had.
