Deceptive Auto-Renewal Practices & Unwilling to Fix Problem
was charged for an order I did not intend to place and did not affirmatively authorize. The company stated: “all accounts are set to autofill treatment which is disclosed and required to be agreed to before an order is placed… I am unable to refund or cancel an order that has already been sent to pharmacy and shipped.” Charging consumers through a default auto-renewal without clear, informed, and affirmative consent is deceptive and misleading.
