So far so good
So far, so good! The customer service and shipping have been excellent. I called before placing an order, and the representative answered my questions clearly. Their online portal is easy to use and lets you manage everything through your own account. Plus, their price is pretty reasonable than the other sites.

RedBox Rx helped with my ADHD
The greatest part of my experience with RedBox Rx was how easy the process was. I decided to check the site out when I was at a low point in my life, hoping to get something to treat my ADHD as the negatives started to affect me hard. I scheduled an appointment with a psychiatrist though I wouldn't be seen for a couple of months until then, but I couldn't wait and needed something at that moment, so I decided to check out RedBox Rx based on a link my mom had sent. The pharmacists I talked to made my visits easy, and the medication they provided me, atomoxetine, helped me get through the days by keeping my thoughts more organized, helping me with my productivity tremendously. I can't thank RedBox Rx enough for how much they have helped me during that period of my life, now I have a new job, I got to see my psychiatrist and I finally have an official ADHD diagnosis with a prescription for adderall which has been a new boost of help for me. Even though I don't need anymore atomoxetine refills, I'll gladly recommend RedBox Rx for any other friends who may have ADHD to get medication of some kind.

Terrible organization
Terrible organization, values money over patients, spend your money and time elsewhere with actual caring professionals. Extremely rude customer service "people" AVOID at all costs.

Use the lowest dose for the same price…
Use the lowest dose for the same price of the higher effective one. Ship the lowest dose instead of requested without communication. No refundable. Be aware.

Not for Me
A total waste of money. I have no health issues except for migraines. I requested their migraine medication, and was told I need an expensive blood test before it can be prescribed. Because I’m in good health, I assume this is a standard request. Of course, this is an assumption because I was given no reason why I would need the lab and no avenue to ask. There is no indication anywhere that this test might be a requirement for the med. If the possibility of such a requirement had been clear, I wouldn’t have paid the visit fee because the extra trouble would defeat the purpose of using this faster and more convenient option. SUPER annoying. Not really annoyed that I need a test if that’s what it takes to be safe, more that the requirement (or even the possibility) isn’t disclosed anywhere BEFORE you pay.

Wide variety of treatments!
Easy to use App and get consult to obtain medication. Offer many options for Women’s Health and Hair & Skin. This is great!! Prices are reasonable too. First time ordering and all is going smoothly.
