We understand your frustration and appreciate you reaching out Amber. In the questionnaire you originally fill out at the beginning of a visit, you can select the option for usually a one-month or three-month supply as well as whether you want refills on the prescription. This way you can minimize the number of appointments you need to have every year as well as the amount of money you pay for those appointments. We want to be able to keep costs as low as possible for our patients. Your experience matters to us, and we're committed to providing you the support you need. We understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention Rosanna. The patient does have the option to choose a second preferred medication in certain provider visits rather than putting a note for the provider in the additional information section. It would be one of the first questions to answer when filling out the initial questionnaire. We do offer the option of including refills with your prescription so that you do not have to pay the provider visit fee each time you would like another fill of your medication. Certain medications are also cheaper if you were to buy a 3-month supply at a time rather than one month at a time. All the information concerning pricing for visits and medication as well as information on how our service works is listed in either the FAQ’s section of our website or listed under the condition you wish to seek treatment for on our website.
