Thank you for reaching out with your concerns Michelle. We are unfortunately experiencing a backorder of a medication you may have requested that has affected all pharmacies nationwide. Before we make the decision to temporarily stop offering a medication due to a backorder, we do our absolute best to see if there are alternative suppliers to order from or if we can order in small amounts at a time to allow the supplier time to catch up. If that is not an option, we look at the date when the supplier expects to have the product back in stock. Information indicated initially that it would potentially be back in stock late last week/early this week, so we did not stop offering the product on our website due to that information. Unfortunately, that date has since been pushed back even further, so we have stopped offering that medication until we are able to reliably order that product in. We do our best to email the hundreds of patients affected by this backorder in as timely a manner as possible, and I apologize for any delayed response. After reviewing your case, I can see that both your visit fee and your prescription cost were refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days for your banking institution to transfer those funds back into your account. We apologize again for not being able to help you through our service at this time, and we hope to be able to help you with your healthcare needs in the future. Thank you for your honest feedback Nick. Our goal is to make your whole RedBox Rx experience as easy and convenient as possible. Your prescription label will tell you how many refills you have. You can also look at the treatments section of your account to see how many have been prescribed. If you have refills available, we will automatically ship them to you and will continue to do so until an appointment is required for a new prescription. We send out an email notification several days before the refill ships so that patients have the opportunity to cancel the refill, delay the refill, or update any shipping information. Thank you for your honest feedback. We do have expedited shipping options available through the UPS. Those options and pricing can be found in the shipping section of our FAQ's page on our website. Though you would not be eligible for the discounted visit fee when you choose our pharmacy, you can choose to have your prescription sent to a local pharmacy if the treatment needs to be started right away. Expedited shipping options or a local pharmacy can be selected at the start of the assessment you fill out for your visit with the provider.
