Poor service No response after the testing

I'm in the process of testing and RealTime labs has been extremely helpful in answering my many questions. It is nice to be able to reach someone by phone that can answer questions, especially for the amount being paid. Other companies I've used charged an additional fee to speak with someone. I just hope my testing results are as good as their service!
