great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff

All in all it was a good experience until I was sent two test kits & I had to call to see what I should do I was afraid I'd get charged for both. The representative said to throw one away & assured me I wouldn't be charged twice.

Very fast test results once they arrived at the lab. E-mail arrived within 24 hours, and the hard copy results a few days later.

I've had to call multiple times for my test results and never got them sent to my email.

Shipping was very delayed. We ended up having to hand deliver our items from out of town. We left 5 messages and couldn’t get anyone to return a phone call. Terrible customer service. Product was very easy to use and the results were returned quickly after we dropped them off at the facility.

Confused as to the instructions. Sent an email and didn’t receive response. Do I need the RealTime Lab Payment Authorization Form or is the invoice enough ?
