The lab was great and they were very good about getting back to me regarding my questions. Although, I wish they could provide a way for my results to be compared to the results of other people measured by their lab so that I had a better sense of what is normal and what isn't.

The test results were specific and provided the information that we needed. The directions were too vague for me. More specific directions on how to administer the test and/or a link to a video demonstration would give you a five star rating from me.

It would certainly help if you gave a correlation between the units you use and those used by your competitor. I had two tests by them previously and am having difficulty comparing your results with theirs. Kathleen Taylor

I got the lab results quite easily but I did find the instructions that came with the test confusing as far as shipping. There was no explanation on the shipping paperwork and when I called their lab for help, no one returned my calls after two attempts. I had to phone the shipper for instructions. I did not have this issue with Great Plains Labs, all was explained. I would tell Real Labs to be more explicit in their paperwork and to be available for any questions someone may have.

Update: I explained the situation to Dave, who reached out after I left the 1 star review. He was very professional in researching what happened to my order and correcting the error to my satisfaction. I have now received the test and will update review after results are provided. Test never shipped. Could not reach anyone at RealTime Laboratories by phone or email despite multiple attempts at both sending email and leaving messages. Currently disputing charge with my credit card company

Online reorder limitation. It's not possible to order a retest of the mycotoxin test online. This means contacting someone at the lab, ordering, getting a refund, etc. Everyone is always very nice about helping but it's not efficient for anyone.

I WOULD HAVE GAVE REALTIME LABS 5 STARS BUT I HAVE CALLED 2 TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES FOR SOMEONE TO RETURN MY CALL SINCE NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. NO ONE BOTHERED TO RETURN MY CALL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT AS FAR AS I KNOW THEIR LAB WORK IS GOOD. THEY DO SEND THE RESULTS VERY QUICKLY.
