I haven’t received my test and it’s been 3 weeks. I’ve called multiple time and can’t get anyone on the phone. When I did speak to someone she told me she couldn’t help me.

Online reorder limitation. It's not possible to order a retest of the mycotoxin test online. This means contacting someone at the lab, ordering, getting a refund, etc. Everyone is always very nice about helping but it's not efficient for anyone.

I am not please with my order for the Mycotoxin Urine test. First, the requisition was missing from the kit so I printed it out. I have received no info; did you get the test? is it complete? where are the results? nothing. I tried to call today for an hour and your phone system is repeating itself without forwarding my call. I pressed every option and can't get a person on the phone. This is really frustrating and should not be the case. Your customer service needs to improve substantially!
