Excellent service. Arthur Melchionda was knowledgeable and the process moved along smoothly. Dionna Segura Gonzalez did an excellent job on the paper work . I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. This is my third refinance with Artie. They do an outstanding job. Thank you

I’m so happy with consumer direct; the two people handling my loan worked really hard and got us over the finish line. They really went above and beyond. Thank you again!

Small mishaps along the way. Having done real estate purchases and refinancing a few times, thus was one if the least problematic one

They delivered exactly what they promised. The closer that was sent to our house was also very professional and seasoned, making the close document process flow smoothly. I wish I knew about CDM years ago.

We got amazing service from Consumer Direct. All of the people we dealt with were amazing. My wife is a Realtor. She will definitely refer clients to you Matthew Brodtman and his team.

CDM representative did a great job by keeping our loan application on track. As a result, we closed in less than 30 days!
