Consistent, AWESOME customer service!

Very slow process. I did refinancing and moved from other lender for my multiple properties but took longest time every time. It took 3 months to close after multiple followups. When I mentioned about delay, processor said it didn’t took that longer.

Overall, very good. Some mix-ups toward the end but everything worked out.

Very easy process for refinancing. Our contact person was very helpful and guided us through the process with no problems. I am 100% satisfied with how my refinance was handled, the interest rate, and the loan duration. I couldn't be happier with CDM and how they handled my account.

The best experience we’ve had with mortgage refinance in our 16 years at this home. Best rates and terms and a very responsive, friendly and customer focused mortgage team at Consumer Direct Mortgage. Glad we came across them on Zillow and looked them up. Our mortgage banker Elyse Long and Loan Processor Maurleen Davidson did a stellar job. Closing happened at our home which was very convenient.

Awful communication. Duplicate requests for information. Always blaming "underwriting" for delays and poor information flow. Unresponsive to direct inquiries, overreliance on email. Portal dufficult to negotiate, and had to reupload several times. Asking for explanations that were unnecessary and not germane, and time consuming.(Underwriting is asking for it!) Not timely in communication. No clear way to login from your webpage - or pages -to statements after closing. Took 3 phone calls and 2 emails to learn the secret code. This was an exasperating and frustrating experience wherein few people took ownership of challenges and problems and there was an abundance of defending "the process". It could have been great, but wasn't.
