Great rates, but way too long to complete refi. Too many demands for info and having to re-send/give same info multiple times. Still waiting on appraisal overcharge almost 30 days after closing

Took a bit longer than I would have preferred because of their backlog, but they did get the mortgage done correctly and on-time. Go through the Costco.com website for the best rate. Very happy with it overall and they do a great job servicing their loans. I was surprised they didn't sell it off to another company like most do.

Great rate. Relatively straightforward. No handholding, but they have their process down to a science and are available to guide you. Just expect to be passed from Specialist to specialist as you continue - assembly line style. Closed in 30 days despite some hiccups from my side. $100 less a month than the competition. Would 100% use again.

Charles is always quick to respond, very knowledgeable and gives helpful tips like saving on closing costs with a Costco membership. The process went as smoothly as possible. I've used him for 2 mortgage and 2 refinances now and I will be using him again.
