I've been through many mortgage refinances from several mortgage providers, and I can't say I've ever had a great experience - until my refi with ConsumerDirect. Frankly, I hadn't heard of ConsumerDirect, but I found them as part of the Costco Mortgage program. From the first call to closing, this has been the easiest, fastest mortgage I've ever done. No surprises, no problems, no unscrupulous sales tactics. I would highly recommend.

Everyone I dealt with at Consumer Direct was professional and responsive. I have bought several homes but this is my first refinance. It went amazingly quick compared to my mortgage experiences. I believe I saved as much or more than any other lending group who I checked out. I would highly recommend them.

The whole process went smoothly, all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. Applying for mortgage is stressful, but you were there every step of the way. Thank you, wouldn't hesitate recommending you to family and friends.

Our initial engagement with Josh Cornett was exceptional. He helped us clearly understand our options and guided us away from your competitors with his explanations and patience. However, once we had committed the submission and resubmission of endless documents, statements and explanations made the process extremely tedious and time consuming. We understand my circumstances may have needed specific or extended review but thus should have been done from the start and without my constant explanation. There were several times when we about to quit the process but said ok, just this one more - but unfortunately, we needed to do more. Lastly, the closing process was not explained properly which caused confusion on our part. Once that was clarified Candace Griffin from Silk Title was very flexible, pleasant and professional. Overall we are happy to have changed to Consumer Direct but had we known the hoops we had to go through before hand, probably would not have gone through with it. I refinanced with ConsumerDirect mortgage. I received a great rate and the entire process was completed in a timely manner. They have a portal for uploadit and tracking the application which was great and free of any hassle. Overall I am extremely satisfied with ConsumerDirect.
