Customer service is quick to respond, so nice, and very helpful! I had a couple questions about their leashes, and they got back to me with answers very quickly! They also asked about my dog to make sure the product would work well for him. So great! I can’t wait to receive their leash! I hope it’s a nice as their customer service!
