Still waiting on orange solid braid rope, was sent the wrong rope twice and asked to send back/ return it twice.

The packages were mislabeled, which caused the error, and the issue has since been resolved. We also provide prepaid labels for the returns. I had a great dealing with them the 1st time used them a second and not as impressed. Paid for express 2 day shipping ordered on the June 19 and didn’t get it till June 27. It was everyone’s fault but their own. They were closed on the 20th (although they didn’t say that on there webpage or I wouldn’t have ordered since I needed the rope by Thursday) then USPS then mine cause I wasn’t open on Saturday (still to late) after much back and forth I finally can return the rope but must pay the shipping again. Just wasn’t impressed with their customer service and doubt I’ll use them again.

Hello Staci, We are disappointed to see this review. We provided the tracking number to you the day that the package shipped, so the package(s) could be tracked. If you required assistance by the carrier, they should have been contacted, in advance of the delivery while the package was in transit. We unformed you in our email reply that the order was placed on Sunday 06/19 while we were closed, and June 20th was a federal holiday. We shipped the items the next business day 06/21. The "earliest" the package could have possibly been picked up by the carrier was Tuesday, July 5th, exactly like they did. USPS does not work on federal holidays. USPS attempted delivery on June 25th, which was unsuccessful due to no access, and because there were no special delivery instructions. They successfully delivered the package on 06/27. We take pride in our customer service team. We checked our communication, and the agent was in contact with you from the beginning and replied to every email received. The return instructions were also provided, if you elect to return the rope. We are proud of the product and service we provide, which shows through hundreds of raving reviews from our customers. bought their solid braid polypropylene 3/8" rope. Very satisfied with the cord and only very minor reservation was that it was softer than I thought it would be. The quality is very good. It is quite flexible, which I needed.

I have been purchasing rope from Ravenox for about a year now and I use lots of it! I have a sewing school/studio and we use the 1/4" twisted cotton rope for drawstring backpacks that the students make. The rope is great quality but because it is cotton, you need to be careful to put tape around the rope before cutting because it unravels very easily, Love that the cotton is grown in NC and the rope is made in NC.
