Hello Garner, We see that your order was delivered on Thursday, May 12 at 5:20 P.M., far before the 30-day window that was noted on our website. The time between the order date 04/23, and delivery date 05/12, was 14 days, excluding the weekends when we are closed. We would appreciate you taking the time to update this review accordingly. We checked our records and do not find any communication from you prior to leaving this negative review. It clearly states on the product page there may be up to a 30-day lead time on all deluxe gourd rack combo kit orders. The order was placed on April 23rd. Per the listed wait time the product will ship by May 23rd. Note that these kits are made to order. We would appreciate it if you would either revise or delete this negative review until the product is received. Thank you for your purchase. Regards, Customer Support
