The ordering process was simple and straightforward. I cannot comment any further as it is yet to be determined how promptly the item is shipped. Update- I received the leash within 3 days of ordering. So promptly delivered as well.

***UPDATE 11/29/22- Alison reached out to me concerned about my review. I had left the items in the cart so she was able to see what I was trying to purchase. One of the items is not standard and the weight for calculating shipping was not input correctly. They corrected the issue, but she reached out to me personally which I very much appreciate! It’s nice to know what company is truly concerned about the reviews and cracking issues. Thank you, Alison! *************** This particular order was perfect. Very reasonable shipping and I got it within a couple days.HOWEVER, I went to place a new order for the same footage, same exact style plus one of the color smaller quantity and the $15 shipping was now $63 and less than a week you quadrupled your prices for shipping. This is something you ship in an envelope, not even a box. Your product is great. I love it, but the greed when it comes to the shipping amazes me and I will buy from Amazon from now on. I know you’re still getting the business for the products through them but I’m not going to pay your shipping rates. I make support lanterns for the military, so I ship almost daily. I know that shipping went up for bigger boxes and heavier weight for the holidays l, but what you shipped me would still be able to go flat rate, priority mail and be reasonably priced and no more than $17.00 or less to ship. I am in purchasing and sales and you need to choose which orders to increase your shipping, and choose rightfully based on package weight and size!!
