Even 18 months ago rackspace systems…
Even 18 months ago rackspace systems were great and their support was good. I dont know whats happened in the last 18 months but the support is now very slow and very poor quality. Even for a very simple issue....10 days, 2 calls, 3 ticked updates and I'm still waiting for a fix. Catastrophically bad support services and support staff who do not even appear to read or understand the ticket raised. I'm shocked.

A shadow of what they once were
Have been a customer for 17 years. While their technology still runs great, they are to date only a shadow of what they have once been. No fanat8ic support any more. Unhelpful replies from a knowledgebase. Disappointing.

Fanatical Support? Not anymore. Abominable Support
All the staff who knew what they were doing has been replaced by Indians, who have NO CLUE. Open a trouble ticket, nobody ever responds. Weeks and weeks go by. Issues aren't getting resolved. I'm done, making plans to exit Rackspace. It's difficult when you you're a reseller and have several hundred accounts, but it needs to happen unfortunately. Company is going down fast.

Rackspace was once a great partner
Rackspace was once a great partner. Then they started writing contracts you could never get out of. The qualified staff has been replaced by unqualified, everything they do needs full review by the staff. They have left huge holes in the environment - thanks goodness we were not breached. Many systems are unpatched and the Rackspace staff has no focus.

Long-standing customer... for a reason!
We have been with Rackspace for a number of years, and have always found their service first class. The main thing for us is the technical backup from their brilliant team. Yes, Rackspace is more expensive than many other providers, but for organisations like ours where the website is 'mission critical' it is worth it. The 24/7/365 support of their highly knowledgeable technical team is invaluable.

Poor migration support
We are migrating from Rackspace to MS Office and we have asked for Support and there has been no service for 72 hours. They escalated it to the Migration team but to no avail.

So Good to So bad..
Started using Rackspace in the early years. Amazing company. Support 24x7 and speak to an engineer. Slowly over the years, prices go up, but service gone down to the point that it is terrible. Some tickets take months to get a correct answer. Some support makes problem worse. Moving away but even that is hard as tickets not answered.
