They are a bit more expensive than other competitors but they are worth every penny in my opinion. Their support staff are excellent and their servers are rock solid.

We've used Rackspace for hosted Microsoft Exchange for about 5 years now, in this time obviously things have gone wrong and there have been issues (like there would be with any exchange platform). Every problem has been resolved quickly and easily by the team at Rackspace, They are always very friendly and fix problems within SLAs. Definitely one of the best companies which I've used for IT Services. Would recommend them any day.

Just tried to speak to them about using their services. Obnoxious sales and unhelpful. Rounded off by cutting me off.

Rackspace are happy to engage in misleading billing practises and if you dare to question them about it, then they will keep stating the same, irrelevant point over and again before eventually just ignoring you. Utterly disgusting behaviour.

I have been trying to find a good clouding service for a while now, after using just cloud and zip clouding (Same Company), I have also had problems with Rack Space, poor customer service, and another thing the persons face on the website changes but keeps the same name??? So overall I cannot trust them with my data!

EDIT: 2021 Der er en tung process omkring service hos Rackspace. Det er ikke altid de kan/vil/må hjælpe og nogen gange er det lidt uigennemsigtigt hvad vi egentlig får for pengene. Jeg har haft en del super gode oplevelse de sidste par år og så en pæn bid absurde oplevelser (blandt andet sad jeg og så på en server blive hacket mens Rackspace var i røret og påstod alting var fint) Derfor bliver det kun til 3 stjerne for nu, og se jer godt for, der er kommet en masse alternativer rundt omkring. FØR: 2018 Rackspace levere lidt udover normal service. Jeg hoster et par sites hos dem, og det er ligemeget hvilke spørgsmål jeg har, så stiller de op med en løsning, som regel inden for få minutter. De gange jeg har haft problemer med at find rundt i deres system har de guidet mig hen til det rigtige sted, og flere gange har de endda udført opgaven for mig. Kan kun anbefale dem!

Really knowledgeable and service-minded experts. Great services, you pay for what you get, and at rackspace you get a little bit more than that too. Definately the best tech support I've recieved from any hosting company, and they're always ready to help. Nothing to complain about. They will even correct your errors with a smile if you are the one making the mistake.

I've been using rackspace for years and never had a problem. One of the best companies on the internet with amazing support. If you need reliable hosting with helpful staff then use this company!
