RackNerdReviews of racknerd.com

I don't think I've ever seen a company with so low prices and quicker support times. I recently bought a VPS from RackNerd (the 2GB KVM promo for 35.99$ a year - amazing price for what you get) and contacted their support to change the PTR record (rDNS) to which they did within 10 minutes! Also another amazing feature of this host is that they don't block port 25 - which is somewhat rare for providers who are actually legit. So far, I would 100% reccomend this service to others looking to get a bang for their buck :)

An excellent company where employees think along with you in a good and serious manner, and understand what you want and mean. When employees cannot figure something out, they admit it honestly and involve another colleague; for this reason, I have had particularly excellent experiences with Anthony, who thinks in terms of solutions, shows flexibility, and holds customer service in high regard. Unfortunately, a solution to the problem I encountered was not found very easily, but if something cannot be resolved quickly or adequately, they honestly admit this as well.

Stay away from this provider if you value your data. The absolute negligence of their support team and their inability to read a simple ticket led to the deletion of my server and the loss of two years of work. I accidentally requested a cancellation for the wrong server, and within minutes, I replied to the ticket clearly stating it was a mistake and providing the correct IP address to be cancelled. However, support staff ignored my specific instructions and instead of stopping the process, they sent a generic template asking for a "confirmation" that I had already provided in the previous message. They then imposed a 24-hour deadline to respond to this redundant email, which happened to fall on a public holiday. Because I did not "re-confirm" for a third time during a holiday, they wiped my server completely. When I complained, their operations team had the audacity to say that the situation was not entirely on their end and that I should be monitoring tickets 24/7 regardless of holidays. They do not care about your data and they do not read your tickets. They hide behind automated scripts and templates to cover up their staff's incompetence. If you make a tiny human error, they will use it to destroy your work instead of reading a two-line explanation. Avoid at all costs.

Working with RackNerd was a seamless experience. Despite technical complexity, their team hit the mark immediately with speed and precision. After identifying the path forward, they finished the work perfectly. I requested specific updates for my environment and they were proactive throughout the process. If you want reliability, accountability, and delivery of what you pay for, look no further.

RackNerd is amazing. I've been using RackNerd for web hosting and VPS for many years. Their hosting is very affordable and feature-packed (cPanel) so that I configure my website exactly the way I want. I never had any problems with them in all these years. Keep up the good work! (I wrote this review voluntarily, just because I'm happy with their services)

They sold me a server that cannot even download packages via VNC. Support is useless.
