Opened account to try out the ring. Everything works great. Website is sparse and needs review by a good UX person, but overall I'm happy with the bank.

I gave 5 because of the ring Technology but I am not pleased the automated system I shouldn’t have to wait to talk to someone just to change my PIN number and I don’t like the fact I have use a pin with the ring the whole point of touch less is not having to touch anything

I am self-employed and was trying to apply for a mortgage loan. After getting in touch with few banks, I felt discouraged to proceed because they made the process very difficult. After seeing a commercial I found Quontic and for my surprise the initial contact was pleasantly easy. I felt welcomed as a costumer, had great staff taking care of my application, and didn't feel overwhelmed with endless requests for documentations. The process was smoother than I expected and I am very pleasant with the results.

I deposited $1500 to open an account. It will have been 2 weeks tomorrow - so 10 business days - and nobody is able to explain why my account shows an available balance of zero (the funds are still being held even though the required time has passed). I’m really disappointed in the financial websites that gave them good reviews. I need to access some of that money and never dreamed it would take over 2 weeks to clear.
