So far this has been the best bank I've ever used. Customer service has always been friendly & helpful. The outstanding interest rate on checking & savings is the icing on the cake.

So far so good. Haven’t had any issues with the mobile banking app. High Checking account Interest rate is a big attraction to me.

For a new customer opening an account, the online set up of the account was very easy. Instructions were straightforward and it probably took about 20 minutes. The one problem that I see is that some actions don’t seem to be possible using the app, but necessitate a visit to the website. The website is not optimized for mobile phones so it is not fun to have to use it on a cell phone. I was a bit surprised considering Quontic advertises themselves as a high-tech bank that they do not have a website that is optimized for mobile.

I recently opened a Quontic Bank account during the free ring promotion (I found them on LinkedIn). The thought of making purchases using a ring felt innovative which hasnt happened in US banking in a while, so I gave it a shot. So far everything has been great and I even opened up a second account as well. I have messaged customer service and they have responded with detail to all my questions within the time they said. I also called them and the call went straight through. The ring arrived the same week I opened my bank account, so fast! Every time I have made a purchase with my ring the cashier and people around me were amazed, I told them what it was and they said they would check it out too! I am happy with my account, I have already started the process with having my direct deposit moved over and added bill for online bill pay. Do I recommend this account? Yes I do! I noticed some people were not as happy with the mobile app but truthfully it does what it is supposed to and Quantic said there is an update coming soon. The only minor inconvenience I see for some is that zelle deposits from other people are not included in my available balance until the next day like other banks. Hopefully this will change but not a big deal to me. I am a regular person and I like this account. Give it a shot too!

Adolf Flores Jr. was my Loan Officer his commitment to seeing my loan through was relentless. At times when the process seemed overwhelming to the point that I was considering cancelling the loan , Adolf kept me encouraged and hopeful with his excellent service. Best Loan Officer ever!!!!!!
