I have accounts at over 30 online banks and often open accounts. This is the first time any bank rejected opening an account? I absolutely entered in all info correctly including but not limited to, identification information.

Wacky website like no other, difficult to find routine pages. Despite advance setting up of a CD to ACH transfer upon maturity to the original funding account it did not happen for a week after the maturity date. I called and messaged multiple times, always with the "we will take care of it right away", and it didn't happen. Caveat Emptor.

I previously rated my experience as 5 star, but that was immediately after I ended my phone call with customer service. It's been four days and my issue has not been resolved as I was told it would be.

I was initially excited about how easy it was to transfer money into my new account. However, I found it be be impossible to move money in or out of my new account by making external transfers on the site. I called customer service, and I was informed that the feature to do so would not be applied to the account for about a month. I was mad enough to want to pull the money out. The representative told me that I could have my bank that funded the Quontic account move the money back. I called my bank and that is not the case unless I wanted to go through a procedure to have it reversed. It is the receiving bank that should provide me with a way to transfer funds externally. I can only hope that Quontic will enter the 21st century by figuring out how to expedite their external transfer process.

Great online bank. The process was very easy and smooth to go through and anytime I needed assistance the customer service was great. The only thing I think would be helpful is having a more user friendly process for obtaining your debit card. I had to fish for the information as it wasn’t easy to figure out how to get one. I also didn’t receive confirmation or any follow up on whether or not I’d receive one in the mail. Confirmation on things like that is extremely helpful.
