I was all disappointed and hopeless when i reached quontic bank. I had tryed all the local banks and credit unions and they all turned me down. I was not being approved for home loan despite my wonderful credit history and rating and even with 20% down payment, then quontic came in my way and every step of the way from pre approval to closing it was a fairytale for me. I saw incredible things happening. They made my family’s dream come true. I couldn’t believe it happened in only 2 months time. Thank you qountic bank.

Easy to setup account. Miss the mobile deposit capability I expected for the Money Market account. You should add it.

Well I searched for a high yield savings account on the internet. I seen this one and it was more then my bank so I thought I'd give it a try. Easy to set up. Then got an email few days later and they said they raised the rate, which was nice to let you know. So at this time I'm very pleased.

So happy I found this bank! After my previous online bank Simple "closed" down, I was back with regular banks and their fees and quickly got boooooored. I started looking for new online banks with payment rings as an option(I like to live in the future) and first found some of them charging exorbitant amounts of money for monthly fees and the ring itself. Then, search algorithms did their jobs and I got an ad for Quontic and the ring. Not only was the ring an option, but it was FREE. Also, the account I chose gives you 1.5% back in BitCoin! I opened the account online in a matter of minutes and received a ring sizing kit, debit card, etc in just a couple of days. Just tried the ring yesterday, it works like a charm! I am confident this is going to be my new favorite bank very soon. Score all the way!

Quontic has unmatched customer service. If there are any issues they respond almost immediately. Very straight forward user interface and great financial products. I highly recommend.

Send email asking how to add POD or beneficiary, but no reply. It’s been 2 weeks.

The account took a couple of days to set up, and was easy to do but felt a little sketchy- the app was hard to log into and asked a lot of security questions that had been chosen for me (felt a little invasive and were a bit random) I think there are other better ways to set up the security that feel more legitimate and less finicky. The apps design is very simple, which also feels a little sketchy- however I’ve started to feel safer with my money in quontic and hope that it is just a very simple, self explanatory playform without all the bells and whistles that other banking platforms seem to have.
