Wish I could leave a zero. Without a doubt the worst bank I have ever encountered. There website sucks when it is working. There employees are uninformed and lazy. They make you jump thru ridiculous hoops to do simple things. Can't wait for my 5 year cd to mature so I can get away from this bunch of yahoos for good!!!

My husband and I had an incredibly exceptional Mortgage experience at Quontic Bank,My lender agent was awesome! The loan officer and the underwriter were incredible kept everything on track and I was able to get my mortgage close in 30 days. An amazing experience i would definitely apply for another mortgage at this bank they were very professional and helpful when we didn’t understand something, Everything is online, intuitive and easy. These two outstanding women made it happen faster than any other bank I have done mortgage with.

We worked with the lovely amazing staff at Quotnic bank. Javier and his team were so amazing in making our experience run so smoothly. Everyone was so attentive and responsive and answered any questions we had. If you are looking to bug a home I 100% recommend using this bank.

Nothing but problems with this bank. Online access wouldn't work, having to submit info multiple times, debit card never showed up, and then they closed my account because it had a zero balance (as if I'd trust them with money after that) and never notified me they had done so. Stay away.
Response from QuonticSep 12, 2022
Lorraine, thank you for your feedback. We are looking into this.

I'm a new customer. As reported, they require you to link a valid bank account to open your Quontic account. Then they HOLD your funds for 5 BUSINESS days, until you can access. What else do they hold, one wonders. No indication on site as to how to transfer additional funds into the Quontic account after initially opening. I guess they are hoping you'll do direct deposit from work/gigs. On the plus side, Customer Service responses have been prompt and helpful, even if I did not like the answer. Will update as I use this account. Trying to mostly use for Zelle/Venmo transactions.
